Order Processing
Every Guilti Pleazure piece is handled with care, attention, and the just right amount of attitude.
· Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
· Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
· During product launches, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, with international shipping coming soon.
UK Shipping
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. All delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or seasonal delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. We offer free shipping over £100 (subject to location), sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your Guilti Pleazure’s all the way to your doorstep.
Delivery Information
· Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
· Guilti Pleazure is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
· If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We know how frustrating delivery issues can be and we’re here to help. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at
support@guiltipleazure.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
