Guilti Pleazure Returns Policy
Sometimes a piece just doesn’t feel like “the one” — and that’s okay. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve kept the process simple and stressfree. As long as your order was placed directly through guiltipleazure.com and your item is still in its original condition, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back to us.
What Items Can I Return?
You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets the following criteria:

Not Eligible for Return
To keep things hygienic and fair for everyone, the following items can’t be returned:

Underwear, bodysuits, or any item with a hygiene seal that has been removed

Socks (unless sealed in their original packaging)

Items marked Final Sale at checkout
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Every return is inspected upon arrival.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@guiltipleazure.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.

Once your item arrives back with us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to appear once processed.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless your item was faulty or we made an error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll fix it fast. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
